I miss the bay area!

Living abroad is difficult. I find myself missing insignificant things that I never imagined I'd be missing! I miss good Mexican food from "La Costa" in Oakley, I miss the smell and food on "Fisherman's Wharf" I miss the sunny days, fresh cut grass and the people.

What I really miss is the diversification that is present. If you are from the Bay the you know what I mean. You have so many choices ranging from cities, food, clubs, activities, etc..

In Germany, I haven't experienced this feeling, this eclectic auroa that I get in the Bay Area. I have seen and done as much as possible, trying to get the full European experience. Taking weekend trips to Paris, Frankfurt and Barcelona really gave me a new respect for different cultures and ways of living.

But, when it comes down to it there is no better feeling than waking up to that cool bay breeze and having the world at your finger tips.
